Repairs Coordinator
CREGG are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Repairs Coordinator to join our client’s team in Ennis, Co. Clare. This is a full-time, office-based position. The Repairs Coordinator will support the Repairs Department by taking ownership of day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring repair works progress efficiently through accurate administration, coordination, and communication with engineers, schedulers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage basic repair quotations.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing repair works and update relevant systems.
  • Assist with repair scheduling and coordination.
  • Liaise with field-based engineers to support the timely completion of jobs.
  • Assist with parts allocation, ordering, and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to repair activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the wider Repairs Department.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
  • Ensure repair-related information is accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High level of enthusiasm with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in logistics, construction, engineering support, or a trade-related environment would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with engineers or field-based teams would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with parts management, scheduling, or operational workflows would be desirable.
  • Practical and solution-focused approach to work.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the Repairs function.
