Retail Experience Lead
CREGG Recruitment are looking for a full time Retail Experience Lead in Mervue, Galway.
Our client is a company specialized in manufacturing and distribution and sales of industrial Health and Safety products and services, looking to grow and expand their business.
Job description – Retail Experience Lead:
- Responsible for all sales activities including sales, marketing, customer service and brand development
- Develop good business relationships with all new and existing customers
- Deliver first class customer service at all times
- Resolve customer complaints as effectively as possible
- Participate as a project team member and drive relevant projects through to implementation
- Lead and train the team of Retail Store Assistants
- Ensure to keep up to date with applicable regulations and safety legislation
- Increase business by maximising sales to each customer
- Develop relationships with supplier representatives
Salary:
- 45,000 per year
Skills and Experience needed – Retail Experience Lead:
- Experience in a similar role – min 2 years
- Driven with a passion for a career in sales and/or customer support
- Ability to bring new ideas/initiatives to drive sales
- A technical or marketing background would be a distinct advantage
- Strong people management and leadership skills
Hours of Work:
- Monday – Saturday (5 days a week)
- 08:30 – 17:30
Contract type:
- Full time / Permanent (39 hours a week)
- Long term/Permanent (after successful probation)
