Travel required to the UK every 6 weeks
This is an opportunity for an experienced operational leader to have significant influence across the business, strengthening performance and building the people, processes and systems required to support future growth.
Experience working across design, engineering, project delivery, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, together with Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies, would be advantageous.
The Role
An exciting senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for shaping and delivering operational strategy across Ireland and UK manufacturing facilities.
Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, The Head of Operations will have broad oversight across:
- Projects and project delivery
- Design and engineering.
- Manufacturing and production
- Installation and commissioning
Requirements
- Significant senior operations or manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing or project-led environments.
- Multi-site operational experience, ideally across the UK and/or Ireland.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- A proven track record of delivering operational and performance improvements.
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary operations.
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, operational controls and governance.
- The ability to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
