Global Communications Manager
CREGG are seeking a highly accountable, execution-driven Global Communications Manager to join our client’s team based in Athenry, Galway. This is a full-time, permanent position. The Global Communications Manager will ensure that regional teams are equipped, aligned, and enabled to execute communications effectively and in advance of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver internal global communications (corporate updates, leadership messaging, organisational updates)
  • Write and distribute CEO-level global communications to the field and internal audiences
  • Define and enforce clear boundaries between Global and Regional communications responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global communications framework
  • Build templates, playbooks, and toolkits for regional execution
  • Translate global campaigns, product launches, and initiatives into clear, structured communication toolkits
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and clarity across all messaging 
  • Manage recurring communications such as weekly updates and newsletters for regional execution
  • Own and manage global PR strategy and agency relationships 
  • Evaluate, appoint, and manage PR agencies globally and regionally, ensuring performance and ROI
  • Track and report on program effectiveness and ROI globally and regionally
  • Manage content calendar and work with Marketing Operations to manage production/guest interactions and contracts
  • Ensure communications meet brand and compliance standards

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.  
  • 5-6+ years of experience in communications, content, or marketing 
  • Experience managing multi-channel communications
  • Proven experience in building and governing global communication frameworks 
  • Experience managing PR agencies and influencer programs with measurable outcomes
  • Experience with content ecosystems (email, content hubs, etc.)
  • Comfortable executing and managing day-to-day communications
