CREGG are currently recruiting a Regional Sales Manager – Europe to join an international aviation organisation specialising in helicopter support, component repair and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul services.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aviation sales or business development professional to take responsibility for developing customer relationships and new commercial opportunities across the European market.
The position is fully remote from anywhere in Ireland, with no regular travel requirement and only very occasional attendance at the company’s Dublin office.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing new business while growing relationships with existing aviation customers across Europe.
Responsibilities will include:
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the European aviation market.
• Build strong relationships with operators, maintenance organisations, fleet managers and procurement teams.
• Promote specialist helicopter blade repair, component repair and aviation MRO services.
• Develop and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify customer technical requirements and provide appropriate service solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements.
• Manage customer enquiries relating to capabilities, pricing, turnaround times and service scope.
• Work closely with internal technical and operational teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline information.
• Provide regular sales and market updates to management.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should ideally have previous commercial experience within the aviation or aerospace industry.
Experience within any of the following would be particularly relevant:
Aviation MRO | Helicopters | Rotorcraft | Aircraft Components | Aircraft Parts | Aviation Aftermarket | Component Repair | Aircraft Maintenance | Aerospace | Technical Aviation Sales
The successful candidate will be commercially strong, relationship-focused and comfortable discussing technical aviation services with customers.
Fluency in English is required and an additional European language would be advantageous.
