Straight day shift –
- 8.30 to 5 pm Monday – Thursday
- 8.30 to 4pm Friday
Salary Yearly – €32'000
Contract – 3/6 month contract only – Cover Temp Contract
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing operational, administrative, and commercial support to the Sales team to ensure efficient execution of sales activities and excellent customer service. The role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales personnel, customer service, operations, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders.
The Sales Support Specialist will assist in managing customer inquiries, quotations, order tracking, CRM administration, sales reporting, and sales process coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting revenue growth objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Administration & Coordination:
- Support the Sales Director and sales team with daily administrative and commercial activities.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations, proposals, and pricing requests.
- Coordinate sales documentation, agreements, and customer records.
- Assist with account setup, customer onboarding, and distributor administration.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM systems.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure timely completion of follow-up actions.
Customer Support & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Provide prompt and professional communication to customers regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Support the management of relationships with distributors, OEM partners, and direct customers.
- Coordinate customer meetings, calls, and visits as required.
- Escalate customer concerns and facilitate resolution through appropriate internal teams.
Order & Process Management:
- Coordinate order processing activities between customers, sales, customer service, and operations teams.
- Track orders and communicate updates to customers and sales representatives.
- Assist in managing product availability, lead times, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure accurate processing of customer information, pricing, and order details.
- Support the resolution of order discrepancies and customer service issues.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, sales administration, or related commercial roles.
- Experience working within a customer-facing business environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Experience supporting sales teams and managing customer interactions is preferred.
