Production Operator

CREGG are working with our logistics client in Shannon, Clare, in hiring a Production / General Operator on a fixed term contract.

The  Production Operator would be required to work day hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday- Friday.

Job Responsibilities / Description

• Packaging, boxing and labelling products on a production line.
• Meeting targets and deadlines
• Ensuring good manufacturing practices
• Using initiative
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable in using computer systems
• Ability to complete paperwork in English
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance
• Following standard operating procedures
• Ensuring health and safety is followed as per company policy

Hours of work:

• Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 with occasional overtime

Total 40 hours per week

Rate of Pay:

• €14.15 per hour

Job requirements – Production Operator:

• Previous experience in relevant production industry – min 1 years.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as a team.

Contract Type:

• 3-month contract provisional
